3. Taxes & Duties

4. Shipping & Delivery
✔ We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers.
✔ Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Domestic (US & Vietnam): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
✔ Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been shipped. NovaXYZNovas is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
5. Order Cancellation & Modifications
✔ Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
✔ Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may proceed with a return after receiving the product, following our Refund and Returns Policy.
✔ If an order is canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued.
6. Promotions & Discounts
✔ Discount codes and promotions must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
✔ Some promotions may have expiration dates, usage limits, or exclusions. Please refer to the terms stated for each promotion.
✔ Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
