1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

✔ The product must not have been customized, engraved, or made-to-order (as these items are non-refundable).

- Customized or engraved jewelry (as these are personalized for you).
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).

- Final sale items or those purchased during a clearance sale.
3. Return Process

✔ Processing Time – Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
✔ Shipping Fees – Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued instead.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
